陈怀亮，1983年5月出生，2004年6月毕业于江苏科技大学，获得土木工程专业学士学位，2007年6月毕业于南京工业大学，获得结构工程硕士学位。2007年7月-2010年7月在南通紫琅职业技术学院建工系任教。2007年7月至今在江苏工程职业技术学院任教。2018年3月-2019年3月在南澳大利亚大学STEM（科技、计算机、工程与数学）学院访问学习。2019年7月-2023年6月在南澳大利亚大学STEM学院攻读结构工程博士学位。目前，主要从事建筑工程专业的教学和研究工作。
